Third Coast Development Partners, LLC (3CDP) is a Grand Rapids, Michigan based real estate development company formed by Brad Rosely and Dave Levitt. 3CDP’s primary focuses are built to suit, suburban, and urban development projects. In addition to significant business experience, Rosely and Levitt are experienced in property development and real estate related activities. The pair have worked together for over five years on the development of Mid Towne Village, and other high profile projects in Grand Rapids.
